This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover card or checking account information. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account. If you are not able to pay with one of the payment types listed above please contact Elizabeth Gugliotti, see email link below.
There are five steps to completing the registration process. The box to the left lists those steps. At any time you can click on one of the boxes to move between steps or look for the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to complete all of the steps and receive your receipt.
In the future if you have any information regarding you or your player that needs to be changed you may log into the system and make the changes be selecting the box on the left.
Your player must have a current US Lacrosse membership to complete the registration process. If they need a current membership please click on the first link below and then return to this Registration Session to signup. If your player already has a current US Lacrosse membership you may look up the number by clicking on the second link below. A US Lacrosse membership is often required by event coordinators for insurance purposes.
